About Christina Grimm

Since the graduation from IBC, Kolding – Business Law, Economics and Marketing, Christina has been employed within the commercial real estate industry for more than 25 years – specialised in high-street retail and shopping centers.

Her latest positions were at Cushman & Wakefield | RED for 7 years 2010-2017 and CBRE Denmark for 4 years 2017-2021.

With a profound quality and detail orientation, Christina is dedicated to secure results that meet clients’ expectations – and exceed. She is very passionate about legal aspects within commercial real estate and has extensive knowledge on the Danish Business Lease Act – supported by years of membership of the “Commercial Tenancy Law Network” hosted by JUC.

Christina has represented and advised a large number of both investors/landlords and retailers, local as well as international and benefits from knowledge and perspectives from both parties – striving towards balancing the outcome through a diligent, but effective process.

About Ole Hammershøj

Following his education as a banker, Ole has worked for more than 30 years in the commercial real estate industry.

He has had leading positions in some of the largest companies within the Danish real estate market including Swedish developer and construction company Skanska, Danish pension fund ATP Ejendomme and most recent 17 years as Head of Retail Denmark at global real estate advisor CBRE.

Living five years in Germany and having served international clients for decades, Ole has a natural cultural awareness and is fluent in English and German.

There is no one-size-fits-all. Retailers, landlords and locations are all different. Ole is always curious to understand the tenants’ requirements in detail and match these with locations and landlords. Likewise, landlords can benefit from his experience in unlocking the potential of a location, a building, and the configuration of a lease.

He is driven by seeking optimal solutions using his diplomatic skills and profound market insight, combining all available information into a meaningful outcome for the stakeholders involved.
