Location

Frederiksberggade is the first part of Strøget stretching all the way from Rådhuspladsen (the Town Hall Square) to Nytorv and Gammeltorv. This is the perfect pitch in terms of footfall and easy access provided by metro station at Rådhuspladsen among others.

This part of Strøget holds various domestic and international retailers as well as F&B concepts. Nearby neighbours include Skechers, Vero Moda, Sportmaster, Change, Rhanders – and JD Sports, Neye, Jack & Jones, New Yorker, Glitter, Creme Fraiche and the only Pharmacy in Strøget can be found in the street as well. Most recently Sunset Boulevard has signed a lease in no. 25 and other F&B concepts are Hereford, Lagkagehuset, Buka / District Tonkin just to name a few.

A major retail project in no. 2-4 – the Bestseller House – is worth mentioning. The entire property has been stripped out leaving no more than the frontage of the property.
