Knud Højgaards Fond appointed Copenhagen Retail on the letting assignment on Kultorvet 2, 1175 Copenhagen K – a new retail project of app. 3,000 m² in total. NIO was secured as a new tenant with 1,940 m² for their new flagship experience store.
